These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Nexus Markets’s website at nexusmarkets.co, related waitlist forms, and our public social channels (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Nexus Markets (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides market-oriented educational and informational content and a waitlist for upcoming product features. Contact: legal@nexusmarkets.co.

Parts of the Services are pre-launch. Joining the waitlist requests launch-related notices only. We may accept, reject, or remove waitlist entries at our discretion. Waitlist status does not guarantee access, pricing, features, or launch timing.

Content on Nexus Markets—including chart reads, market commentary, tips, and social posts—is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not investment, trading, tax, or legal advice, and it is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any instrument. Markets involve risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You agree not to: misuse forms (spam, bots, false information, or scraping beyond normal browsing); attempt unauthorized access to our systems, data, or other users’ information; interfere with or disrupt the Services; use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes; copy, scrape, or redistribute our content except as allowed by law or our prior written consent.

The Nexus Markets name, logos, brand assets, site design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our marks or content in a way that suggests endorsement without permission.

The Services may link to third parties (for example TikTok, X, Instagram, Telegram). Their terms and privacy practices apply to those platforms. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXUS MARKETS AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS (IF ANY), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You will defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
