This Privacy Policy explains how Nexus Markets (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit nexusmarkets.co, join our waitlist, or interact with our content. Contact: legal@nexusmarkets.co.

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect: waitlist data (email, optional interest, Telegram VIP opt-in, signup time); a hashed form of your IP for rate limiting; honeypot/bot signals; communications if you email us; and what social platforms make available when you follow or message us. We do not intentionally collect special-category data through the waitlist.

We use information to send launch notices you requested; operate, secure, and improve the website and waitlist; prevent spam, fraud, and abuse; respond to requests and legal obligations; and understand aggregate interest. We do not sell your personal information or use waitlist emails for unrelated third-party advertising.

Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on: (a) your consent (waitlist signup and optional Telegram interest); (b) legitimate interests in securing and operating the Services; and (c) legal obligations when required.

We may share information with infrastructure providers, professional advisers or authorities when required, and a successor entity in a merger or transfer. Telegram VIP is governed by Telegram’s own policies.

We keep waitlist records until launch communications are complete, you ask us to delete them, or we no longer need them—unless a longer period is required by law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (including HTTPS and access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Our servers or providers may process data in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your waitlist email, or withdraw consent for future launch emails, by contacting legal@nexusmarkets.co.

The Services are not directed to children under 16 (or the higher age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may use essential cookies or local storage needed for the site to function (for example language preference). We do not currently run third-party advertising cookies on the coming-soon page.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will be revised when we do.
